Kunes RV is hiring RV Service Technicians to support our expanding service department. If you have strong mechanical skills and enjoy hands-on problem solving, this is an opportunity to build a career in a high-demand, high-growth industry. You’ll work on motorhomes and travel trailers, helping customers stay road-ready and enjoy their outdoor lifestyle.


Sign-On Bonus

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus available for experienced technicians
  • Applies to candidates with 3+ years of RV experience OR related trades such as automotive, construction, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair RV systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components
  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
  • Communicate repair needs and timelines with service advisors
  • Provide accurate labor estimates and document completed work
  • Maintain efficiency and quality standards to minimize customer downtime

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience in RV, automotive, diesel, construction, HVAC, or skilled trades
  • Willingness to learn RV systems (training provided)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
  • Certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are a plus
  • RVDA/RVIA certification preferred but not required
