Are you an Experienced Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician looking for a new opportunity with an established company? We have an immediate opening at our Dayton branch.


Our team is currently looking for a Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician with engine repair experience to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. We would like to talk with you! What are the Duties?

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  •  Experienced Truck Mechanic with Engine repair experience Required
  • Service and repair work, drive train, engine, steering, electrical, suspension and brakes
  • Troubleshooting, Inspections, & Diagnostics
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Computer skills and good verbal communication skills
  •  Must be able to work independently and assist others as needed


PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. 
  • The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
  •  Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
  •  The associate must be able to read and write reports.
  •  Must be able to obtain DOT medcard



CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  •  Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a plus.
  •  Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.  
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).  
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
