The Mobile Spirometry Medical Assistant is responsible for performing spirometry testing, managing facility relationships, and securing PCM consents across multiple nursing home locations. This position requires independent work in a mobile environment and reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and VP of Growth & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spirometry testing in accordance with clinical standards and company protocols
- Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate and repeatable test results
- Document test results accurately and timely within designated systems
- Obtain and document PCM consents in alignment with program requirements
- Travel to multiple nursing home facilities within assigned territory on a daily basis
- Manage and maintain a consistent schedule across 20 to 40 facilities
- Build positive working relationships with facility staff to enhance collaboration
- Support account management and business development efforts with facility partnerships
- Assist in identifying opportunities to increase spirometry utilization and PCM enrollment
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding facility needs, barriers, and opportunities
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functioning properly
- Troubleshoot patient or equipment challenges in the field with minimal supervision
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless patient care and follow-up
- Represent the organization professionally across all partner facilities
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Current and valid MA Certification licensure in MO & KS.
- Access to insured, reliable transportation
Preferred Requirements:
- 1+ yrs spirometry or pulmonary testing experience
- 1+ yrs of experience in SNF, LTC, or geriatric care
- 1+ yrs of experience in a mobile or multi-site clinical role
