The menu features unique signature hand rolls, along with classic versions, as well as Japanese-inspired snacks and desserts, all of which are gluten free. The bar program offers select beer, sake and wine, with a focus on biodynamic and natural varieties.

LINE COOK


Nami Nori is looking for line cooks with a passion for cooking and hospitality. No previous Japanese culinary experience required. We will train the ideal candidates who are eager to learn more about Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques.

Nami Nori is the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.  We are committed to creating great experiences for both guests and employees alike.
