About the Role

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff - REMOTE. This role is instrumental in serving as a strategic partner to the CRO and enhancing operational execution across various revenue functions. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, the Chief of Staff ensures alignment on key initiatives aimed at scaling revenue effectively. Candidates will play a pivotal role in driving organizational focus on high-impact projects while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability across the Go-To-Market organization.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and facilitate alignment among senior leaders.
  • Manage operating cadence for visibility and accountability in revenue operations.
  • Support execution of the CRO's strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Drive alignment in leadership meetings and ensure effective decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness across the revenue organization.


Requirements
  • Strong business judgment and operational rigor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales and revenue lifecycle.
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and professionalism.
