The Role: Order Management Analyst
The Team: This team is responsible for, focused on the compliance, timeliness and accuracy of processing customer orders, renewals and cancellations. The timeliness and accuracy of orders will ensure revenue recognition accuracy, SOX and business rule compliance and customer delight.
The Impact: This job focused on compliance with timeliness and accuracy in validating and processing customer new and renewal orders and also the cancellations.
The Location: Penang, Malaysia

Responsibilities:
Validate and process customer quotes and orders using Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Enablement teams to support deal execution, contract accuracy, and timely order booking.
Manage and maintain contract documentation and records in accordance with audit and retention requirements.
Verify, create, and maintain customer master data within Salesforce systems.
Coordinate contract review and approval workflows in line with Legal and compliance guidelines.
Ensure invoices are accurately generated, posted, and dispatched to customers within agreed billing timelines.
Monitor order lifecycle from quote-to-cash, proactively identifying and resolving billing, invoicing, and fulfillment issues.
Perform advanced issue analysis and root-cause investigation to resolve complex or escalated order and billing discrepancies.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by ensuring orders and invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Ability to take initiative, make informed decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with Salesforce (CPQ preferred) or similar SAP/order management systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and customized reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
Experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Quote-to-Cash processes is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to document and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Amenable to working in rotating schedule (EMEA-US hours)
