In this role, you will support the recruitment, training and development of our passionate ambassadors, nurturing a team culture that reflects warmth, sophistication and genuine care. You will lead by example on the floor, delivering seamless, friendly and professional service that embodies a true luxury experience.

Working collaboratively across the hotel, you will ensure clear and effective communication between departments, creating a harmonious flow that enhances each guest journey. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our bars, driving both consistency and innovation, while ensuring your team is confident and knowledgeable across all menu offerings to maximise guest satisfaction and sales opportunities.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you will also contribute to the ongoing development of our Food and Beverage strategies, helping to shape memorable experiences that delight and inspire. About You

You are a natural leader with proven experience guiding high-performing teams within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury bar environment. You bring a refined sense of service, coupled with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest moments and elevating every interaction.

With a forward-thinking mindset, you thrive on innovation and are energised by guest engagement, always seeking new ways to enhance the experience. Your positive, proactive approach and strong work ethic allow you to confidently navigate the dynamic nature of bar operations, while maintaining exceptional standards at all times.

You are people-focused at heart, with an authentic desire to connect, inspire and deliver impeccable service. Comfortable working within a diverse team, you embody the role of a true brand ambassador, representing Sofitel with elegance and sincerity.

Flexible and dependable, you are comfortable working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, embracing the dynamic nature of luxury hospitality.

You also hold a current RSA certification and full Australian working rights, allowing you to work with us without restriction.
