About the Role
<div>*Provide administrative and coordination support to the PMO &amp; Governance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.<br>*Assist in project coordination and tracking, including maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports.<br>*Support governance-related activities, such as documentation control, process tracking, and compliance follow-ups.<br>*Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, and business partners.<br>*Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for management review.<br>*Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and administrative reporting as required.<br>*Manage and organize records, files, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.<br>*Provide general administrative support, including logistics coordination, data entry, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.<br>*Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance PMO efficiency and governance effectiveness.</div>
