Associate Product Manager - CBX

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager to support our sales functions and manage contract manufacturer relationships. Reporting to the CBX Director of Product Management, this hybrid business/technical role will be focused on accelerating sales, managing the manufacturing process and enabling go-to-market activities. This role requires the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders as well as interact and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 annually. Actual salary offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location, as well as other business and organizational needs.
Location: This position may be based at our Syracuse, NY or Norcross, GA office locations or may be performed remotely, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing, quoting and sourcing.
- Maintain and improve product applicable database (part numbers, descriptions, costing, etc.)
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers in support of customer orders.
- Assist in the development and presentation of product training.
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of workflows and processes.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field with analytical background and strong potential for technical learning.
- 2 years of experience in a technology-driven manufacturing business in product management, technical marketing, or related role.
- Sales and supplier-facing experience a plus.
