About the Role

Job Description

Are you passionate about winning work and driving strategic growth? Join the Transport GBA Central Sales team to lead pursuit strategy for our largest, most strategic opportunities across Europe.

Your new role
You’ll sit in the RTR Commercial Team, partnering with business and geographical leaders to shape capture strategies, lead opportunity Capture Plans and support tender teams from Discover through to submission. Main focus: work winning; business development is a supporting responsibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Champion best-practice sales and tender processes for strategic opportunities; advise and support tender teams.
  • Own and develop Capture Plans; collaborate early with Opportunity Owners and Geographical/Business Area Leads.
  • Provide independent challenge in governance (Go/No-Go) and at Pink/Red reviews to ensure realistic win probability.
  • Lead or contribute to strategy meetings to define “Why Ramboll”, delivery approach and compliance to client requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in bidding: capture lessons learned and share best practice.
  • Support GBA strategy, lead generation, market intelligence and stakeholder relationship building (smaller part of role).

Your profile

  • Proven experience leading significant, complex bids - ideally in Transport.
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent communicator; able to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Fluent English; fluent in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
