About the Role
Apex Concierge is seeking two dependable, customer-focused Package Room Attendants to join our team at a premier residential property in Boston’s Seaport. You’ll be the friendly face residents trust to keep their deliveries secure, organized, and ready the moment they arrive.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, log, sort, and store incoming parcels using our digital tracking system.
- Verify recipient information and prepare packages for efficient pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, orderly package room and follow all safety/security protocols.
- Communicate proactively with residents, couriers, and building staff to resolve any delivery issues.
- Assist with basic concierge tasks (e.g., answering resident inquiries, coordinating special requests) as needed.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Package-handling experience (residential, hospitality, retail, shipping/receiving, or similar).
- Proven reliability—punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
