What You’ll Do
- Bring projects to life by mixing and applying coatings with precision
- Use air spray guns and professional techniques to deliver flawless finishes
- Color match to exact client specifications across a variety of materials
- Prepare surfaces, mask components, and ensure clean, professional results
- Inspect your work for perfection — no runs, sags, or missed spots
- Keep projects on track with on-time, high-quality completion
- Maintain and clean equipment to keep operations running smoothly
- Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure seamless workflow
What You Bring
- Experience with automotive or industrial painting (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stay organized and manage projects from start to finish
