Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Pain Management & Urgent Care
Austin, Texas
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Epic Pain Management is a rapidly growing, patient-centered practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care across both pain management and urgent care services. As we expand within the Austin market, we are seeking compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic pain
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Perform in-office procedures, including joint and trigger point injections, abscess incision & drainage, suturing, and splinting
- Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient care
- Stay current with best practices in urgent care and pain management
Requirements
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience in urgent care, pain management, or primary care preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
- Ability to work independently with physician collaboration
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
