What you'll do



Are you tired of 'random acts of marketing'? Do you believe that B2B campaigns should be as seamless and personalized as a B2C experience? We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns to architect and execute the full-funnel engine for our APAC region. As a strategic orchestrator, you will bridge our product's vision with customer needs by collaborating across marketing teams to build a high-conversion demand engine. Finally, we seek an AI-native marketer who leverages generative tools to accelerate testing and scale impact across diverse APAC segments.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, APJ Marketing.

 

Responsibility

  • Design and lead integrated, cross-segment campaigns that address specific use cases

  • Own the numbers and manage the regional campaign budget, optimizing spend across channels to ensure a healthy ROI and a consistent pipeline for Sales

  • Work as a 'force multiplier' for the Content Marketing Manager and provide the campaign frameworks; they provide the narrative fuel

  • Integrate AI into your workflow to increase efficiency-whether it's using LLMs for rapid A/B test variations or predictive tools for segmentation

  • Develop campaigns that resonate across different industries and buyer personas, focusing on specific use cases that solve real problems



Job Designation



Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring



Basic 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a technology vendor in a marketing manager position

  • Previous Enterprise Marketing experience
     

Preferred 

  • Excellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with Sales leadership and Sales Development organisations

  • A deep understanding of the sales process for a SaaS business

  • Technology & B2B SaaS experience

  • Well rounded digital marketing skill set, including copy writing and designing email campaigns and leveraging digital advertising and social media platforms

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills

  • Metric-driven approach focused on setting and measuring key performance indicators.

  • Aptitude for technology

  • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • A great team player, enthusiastic and proactive
