Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Design Engineer- Structure to join our team in New Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for various projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.

  • Develop and review structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects
  • Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using specialized software
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to optimize designs
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in project planning and cost estimation activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative construction techniques

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering, 
  • 5 years of experience in structural design engineering
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and structural analysis software
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and construction methodologies
  • Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations, with specific familiarity of Indian standards preferred
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proven track record of efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Additional Information

Qualification: M.Tech (Structure)/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering

Total Experience- 5 years after M.Tech or 8 years after B.Tech in design of Public Buildings & Bridges.
