    You will meet a great international team. You will work closely with hiring managers and People & Culture to ensure that recruitment processes are efficient, structured, and create a strong candidate experience.

    What does it mean?

    • manage selected roles from first conversation to offer

    • actively source and approach candidates (social media, networks, ATS)

    • conduct structured interviews and build strong, relevant shortlists

    • partner closely with hiring managers — aligning expectations and driving decisions

    • create real impact by connecting people with new career opportunities at METRO

    Qualifications

    • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (full-cycle experience is a plus)

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders

    • A structured and pragmatic way of working

    • Confidence in using ATS and sourcing tools — and a curiosity to continuously improve and innovate our TA processes

    • Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a part-time setup (ideally 2 full days and 1 half day)

    • Very good German and English skills
