LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPNs) -- Generations at Oakton Pavillion, Des Plaines, IL, Up to $44.40 ph!*
~ For PRN - All that is Required is One Weekend Shift per month and Two Shifts per pay period ~
We Utilize the App 'On Shift', which Notifies you of Available Shifts!
Shift Differentials:
Weekend 1st Shift: $1.00 ph
Weekend 2nd/3rd Shifts : $2.00 ph
3rd Shift earns $2.00 ph ALL DAYS

2nd Floor Differential:
If assigned to work the 2nd Floor Complex Care Unit, you will earn $2/hr bonus
*$44.40 per hour is the Full Time LPN Rate of $42 per hour + $2.40 Sign on Bonus.

Requirements
of the Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Licensed in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred
- Vent/Trach experience a plus
- Must be committed to insuring our residents receive the highest standards of care
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
