The Social Media Manager is a key member of our Marketing Team, responsible for adding value to our guests and elevating our brand presence through engaging social media content and impactful community marketing efforts. Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Own day-to-day management of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement and audience.
    • Respond to comments and messages with a positive, authentic brand voice.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Community Marketing Support:
    • Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations.
    • Assist in supporting local events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with our brand.
    • Collaborate with the team to create campaigns that resonate with local communities.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create and schedule platform-specific content (graphics, photos, videos, written copy).
    • Partner with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
    • Generate short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Data and Strategy:
    • Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide insights and adjust strategies to meet engagement and growth goals.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns.
    • Be flexible and supportive of other marketing initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (organic and paid).
  • Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing (organic and paid).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with community engagement, event planning, or local partnerships.
  • Video editing skills and a good eye for visual content.
  • Familiarity with Monday or other project management tools.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, Exempt
  • In-office position at our St.George Support Office
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 30%)
  • Ability to Lift, Carry, Push, or Pull up to 25 Pounds
  • Specific vision abilities, including close vision and the ability to discern variations in color
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and desk work
