Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide excellent service to all guests who approach the bars and self-service stations. Keeps the bars and/or self-service station cleaned and always stocked.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Cleans the bar area, including mats, floors, sinks, drains, and other bar appliances.
- Changes the soda bibs and stock all beverage supplies in the designated area.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and free of debris work environment.
- Provides a safe work environment for employees and guests.
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and manually push 300 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, pull and carry stock to refrigerators and cabinets.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Must be able to work in an environment with smoke, loud noise, and strobing lights.
