Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Team Member at Hop & Huddle, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. We are renowned for our extensive beer selection, mouthwatering smoked food, and indulgent milkshakes. If you have a passion for these culinary delights and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, we want to hear from you!

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Provide recommendations on beer & wine pairings, smoked dishes, and milkshakes
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas
  • Uphold high standards of customer service to create a memorable dining experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Potentional for step up shifts as Team Leader or Supervisor for the right person

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
  • Knowledge and passion for beer, smoked food, and milkshakes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Valid RSA
  • Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster of mornings and evening shifts
