R&D PROD PROG TEAM MEMBER

POSITON SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Product Team Member to join our PD&E team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Research and Development to help build new products and parts. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to handle a wide range of hands-on tasks and has the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to understand instructions clearly and complete tasks efficiently within set deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES|RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide input/ideas regarding design and development on new boat parts.

· Contribute to the designing of new stereo, interiors, accessories, and subcomponents.

· Provide support in the designing and building of molds, plugs and other various parts.

· Work with team members to design new parts.

· Sand, buff, and wax molds.

· Measure and mix correct catalyst ratios of resins.

· Use various hand tools to apply and roll out wet fiberglass materials properly without air voids.

· Follow all application guidelines and instructions for quality control.

· Maintain work area clean and orderly.

· Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Possess an optimistic mindset.

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· One or more years of experience as a general laborer.

· Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools.

· Ability to perform tasks under time-sensitive deadlines.

· Possess strong attention to detail.

· Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions.

· Must be able to work well in a group setting and in close proximity to each other.
