Overview: Join our passionate Energy Certifications team and play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance. As an Associate Energy Certifications Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the preparation, completion, and delivery of essential documentation, keeping us at the forefront of industry standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Learn the process of coordinating and finalizing regulatory and compliance documents.
- Pursue and obtain RESNET Certifications (training and testing fully covered by Arcxis!).
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
- Deliver compliance deliverables and contribute to departmental reporting.
- Pursue and obtain RESNET Certification (training and testing fully covered by Arcxis!).
- Foster collaboration across departments to achieve strategic alignment.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Experienced in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including customers, clients, and colleagues.
- A self-starter with the ability to make sound decisions based on independent judgment.
- Use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Commitment to maintaining certifications and staying up to date on industry advancements.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Reports to: Energy Certifications Manager
Requirements
Education, Experience and Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of High school diploma or GED equivalent
- HERS Rater Certification, training to be provided.
- 1-2 Years of Construction Knowledge (preferred)
- Experienced in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including customers, clients, and colleagues.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment (internal and external clients!).
- A self-starter with the ability to make sound decisions based on independent judgment.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Work Environment: Office
Physical Demands: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
