We are looking for a highly experienced Test Lead with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end testing within the credit card domain. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with Mastercard and Visa systems, be familiar with simulators, and possess strong leadership skills to manage reporting, compliance, and testing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across credit card systems and applications.
- Work with simulators to validate transaction flows and card processing scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Mastercard and Visa standards.
- Prepare and manage status reports, Test Completion Reports (TCRs), and other documentation.
- Organize and oversee testing cycles, ensuring timely execution and defect resolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to testing teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Lead in the credit card/payments domain.
- Hands-on expertise in E2E testing with credit card systems.
- Strong knowledge of Mastercard and Visa processes, compliance, and certification requirements.
- Experience working with simulators for transaction and card testing.
- Ability to prepare and manage status reports, TCRs, and testing documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage testing activities and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
