Carwash Shift Supervisor - Conroe, TX

Description

We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Shift Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced car wash environment and loves driving great customer experiences. In this role, you’ll run day-to-day shifts, support membership sales alongside the team, and help keep the site operating at peak performance, clean, safe, and customer-ready. This position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and may serve as the on-duty supervisor when needed. 

Key Responsibilities

• Open/close the site and execute daily shift operations (sales, labor coverage, cleanliness, and safety) 
• Lead by example: actively sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships and support line/tunnel operations 
• Ensure a smooth, efficient customer flow—help manage the queue and keep the site moving 
• Maintain strong site standards across tunnel, vacuums, lot, landscaping, and overall appearance 
• Follow established procedures for cash handling, POS transactions, and membership processing 
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally to support retention 
• Monitor basic shift metrics (car count, membership sales, uptime/cleanliness) and communicate updates to management 
• Step in as the on-duty supervisor in the Store Manager/Assistant Manager’s absence as assigned 

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor, Shift Lead, or similar role in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality 
• Comfortable selling and engaging customers—must enjoy promoting memberships and upgrades 
• Strong customer service instincts and confidence handling escalations 
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and remain on your feet throughout shifts 
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays 
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling tools, Google Sheets)
