Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality

- Support in training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a positive work environment

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain operational efficiency

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and controlling costs

- Participate in staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during shifts


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulations

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus
