You will work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices

Requirements

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
