Assistant Manager, Actuarial

The Opportunity
This position is accountable for accurately and promptly developing, producing, and analyzing financial models and reports. These form the basis for assessing of the Company's solvency and financial condition. Additionally, the role also involves the production of key local regulatory submissions covering the valuation of assets, liabilities, and capital position.
Position Responsibilities:
Local Statutory Reporting include RBC reserve, CAR reporting, and Board paper submission
Support experience study and annual basis change
Provide support on new product initiative including but limited to actuarial model review
Stress Test and Financial Condition Report
Perform annual review on internal target capital level and capital management plan
Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory requirement
Local Capital Plan
Management of Participating and Universal Life Business
Other regulatory submission
Providing support for other actuarial related matters and ad-hoc projects from time to time
Required Qualifications:
Preferably 3-5 years relevant experience.
Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, and Mathematics.
Good progress in actuarial professional exams.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Demonstrate ability to apply actuarial theories to develop practical solutions to various assignments and projects.
Good interpersonal skill.
