The Markets of Tiger Fuel are seeking a dynamic and dedicated candidate to manage the store operations of one our growing local Market Stores. We’re a locally owned, family operated company with a passion for our Cycle of Success. Our fast-paced, high volume store is looking for an experienced, high energy Market Manager with excellent supervisory-customer service, problem solving and multi-tasking tools. The Market Manager will report to our Retail District Manager within the retail department of Tiger Fuel Company. 

Convenience Store Manager Duties: They include providing our Market Store employee team leadership, motivation, communication, “Tiger Way” service and day-to-day leadership to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, revenue production and general efficiency. Other responsibilities include:

· Supervise employees to include hiring, training, and scheduling within labor budget

· Handle customer issues using the “Tiger Way” service philosophy

· Maintain Market standards of cleanliness and upkeep

· Perform and train opening and closing procedures

· Oversee stock needs and maintain inventory, interact positively with vendors

· Day-to-day operations, daily bookwork

Requirements

  

C-Store Manager Qualifications and Skills: Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three years’ experience as a store manager in a restaurant, kitchen or retail environment. High energy, self-starting individual with ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. General proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet). Learns new computer/technology skills quickly. Proficient in the English language (verbal and written). Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment offer. Other skills include:

· Truly enjoys working with customers and employees

· Quick learner

· Strong organizational skills

· Enjoys mentoring others

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Flexible schedule availability (store runs 7 days/week)

· Ability to be on feet much of the day – Physically able to do the job

· • Willingness to assist customers with propane refills
