Description
Position Summary
A Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting production operations by operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products are produced according to company standards, production schedules, and safety requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
· Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and work instructions.
· Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
· Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
· Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety guidelines.
· Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
· Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· High school diploma or GED.
· Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to operate manufacturing machinery and tools.
· Strong attention to detail and quality control.
· Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
· Good teamwork and communication skills.
· Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Skills
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, or quality standards.
· Experience with production documentation or manufacturing software.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

· Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, aprons, respirators, and hearing protection.
· Ability to work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and industrial conditions.
· Ability to read labels, instructions, and production documents.
