Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth at Pullman Cairns International. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales team within a leading five-star hotel, focusing on building strong client relationships, driving new business and maximising conversion across key market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across corporate and leisure market segments
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed business through timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel sales or a similar client-facing sales role
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
