Digital Tool & Die is an established tool and die shop located in Grandville Michigan.  We specialize in designing and fabricating world-class sheet metal stamping dies, roll forming, fixtures, and special applications to meet the industrial needs for automotive, furniture, prototyping, appliance and U.S. Military

The General Laborer supports a wide range of functions throughout the facility. This role includes cleaning and organizing work areas, driving company vehicles, painting, assisting with maintenance, and performing various other hands-on tasks as needed. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and mechanical aptitude often advance quickly and may be considered for our apprenticeship program and other growth opportunities within the company.

• Ability to perform a variety of general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn hands-on skills
• Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (if required for driving duties)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Willingness to assist maintenance and production personnel as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
