Are you ready to take the next step in your career and become a key player in our fast-paced pizza restaurant? We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at 3239 Lemay Ferry Rd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.

  • Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the training and development of new team members
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving store performance
  • Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, 1 year if {AGE} or older)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to develop and mentor team members
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in business or related field preferred)
