SAP Senior Business Analyst – Business Modules (FICO, MM, SD)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Senior Business Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA implementations, integration, and operational support (FICO, SD, MM and External Software Integrations).

The candidate will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and integrate SAP with other enterprise applications while providing hands-on functional and technical support.

This role bridges business, IT, and operations, ensuring end-to-end solutions that optimize processes, data flow, and system performance.

Requirements

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA and work with vendors in SAP Business One modules (FICO,MM,SD,PP).
• Work with Data Management experts into migration plans and Data Governance.
• Lead integration projects with CRM 365, OT applications, and other enterprise systems.
• Prepare technical proposals, design documentation, and process workflows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), functional validation, and post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot SAP functional issues and coordinate resolutions with IT/OT teams.
• Support digital manufacturing and IT/OT integration initiatives.
• Maintain process, system, and integration documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• SAP or IT coordination background (will be validated during the interview)
• 5+ years SAP experience (S/4HANA primary, SAP Business One supplemental).
• Hands-on experience with SAP module configuration, workflow design, and functional testing.
• SAP 4/H Experience with FICO (Mandatory), AR,AP, SD, MM and business modules.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments, operational workflows, and IT/OT convergence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with IT, OT, and business teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in manufacturing processes and IT/OT environment.
• Experience in Large projects or global projects managing SAP offshore support.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing, smart factory initiatives, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and SAP workflow automation.
• Japanese or Spanish preferred but not mandatory.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Comfortable with Business stakeholders’ communication (translating technical to business language and vice versa).
• Hands-on, technically capable, and able to propose, design, validate, and support SAP solutions.
• Comfortable coordinating with central IT, OT teams, and manufacturing operations.
• Able to lead SAP integration projects while supporting operational continuity.
