What You'll Do

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and accurately document vehicle concerns.
  • Communication & Updates: Provide transparent estimates, keep customers informed throughout the service process, and ensure clarity at every step.
  • Process Coordination: Track repair orders, parts, and warranty documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an outstanding service experience that reflects Volkswagen’s reputation for excellence.

Compensation 

  • Earning Potential: $61,000 - $100,000/year
  • Competitive Commission:
    • 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone
    • 5.25% for CSI above zone
    • 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone
  • Strong Customer Base: Work with loyal Volkswagen owners and expert technicians.

Requirements

 

  • Provide above average Customer Service. 
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. 
  • Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations. 
  • Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude. 
  • Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Ability to take direction well. 
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Highly organized
