As a full-time Admin Rep, your mission is to perform administrative duties related to store operations and assist in the sale of automotive services, tires, and tire services while providing exceptional customer service to every customer.

What You Need:
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen*
• Valid driver’s lic preferred
• 2-3 years previous clerical/admin experience preferred
• Prior tire sales experience a plus
What You’ll Do:
• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
• Provide high-level customer service both on the phone and in-person
• Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints as they arise
• Accurate entry and monitoring of daily sales, and invoicing activities
• Handle daily cash, credit, national account, and fleet transactions
• Handle purchase orders, billing, credit, and collections
• Provide routine cleaning/maintenance of work area as assigned
• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
• Able to accept stretch assignments
• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

*This position is considered “safety sensitive” for purposes of Washington State Senate Bill 5123, as impairment while working in this position presents a substantial risk of death for the employee. Because this position serves customers and services customer vehicles, impairment while working in this position also presents a substantial risk of death for the customer. As such, final candidates for this position will be screened for the presence of non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites and offers of employment will be rescinded if said screening nets a positive result. Once hired, employees may be subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident screening and positive results will result in immediate termination under company policies.
DRUG TESTING
Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
