About the Role

Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help us grow and support our manufacturing teams across multiple locations. You will connect with talented candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and ensure a positive experience at every step. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, maintain organized candidate pipelines, and support projects that improve how we hire, retain, and engage our people.

What you’ll do

  • Participate in full cycle recruiting to support hiring for manufacturing and operational roles across multiple locations
  • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications and experience to identify strong potential hires
  • Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, job postings, and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system while building and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Write and update job postings and utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and community outreach to identify qualified candidates
  • Support recruiting operations including internal transfers, hiring documentation, onboarding coordination, and recruiting process improvements
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts when needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting software to manage candidates and job postings
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trade roles
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring or multi-location recruiting

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing work duties
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers

Work Environment

  • This role works across office environments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires communication, organization, and coordination across teams in the organization
