Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Palm Terrace in Chandler, AZ.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a community transitioning from Tax Credit (LIHTC) to Market Rate, offering valuable experience for a motivated professional ready to grow and make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in overseeing daily property operations
• Support leasing efforts, renewals, and occupancy goals
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC requirements during transition
• Maintain accurate resident files and reports
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Support rent collections, delinquency management, and reporting
• Assist the Community Manager with team coordination and property performance
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous Assistant Community Manager experience required
• Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
