Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Manager Restaurant at our thriving establishment in Fairmont Jaipur, We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to help lead our restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
  • Step in for the Manager Restaurant when necessary, making critical decisions to maintain operations
