Human Resources Manager 📍 Central Bergen County, NJ | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite | Direct Hire | $125,000 – $140,000
Ready to lead HR for a growing organization? We're looking for an experienced HR Manager who can run the full HR function — from compliance and benefits to culture and performance — while being a trusted partner to leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee full HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and compliance
- Manage and develop HR staff
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce strategy and organizational development
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, 2+ in a management role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience managing full HR functions end-to-end
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
