Creatr UK is a full-delegation OnlyFans creator management agency generating $700K- $800K+ USD per month across 15 managed creator accounts. We handle everything from monetisation strategy and 24/7 fan messaging to traffic coordination and performance optimisation. Our creators focus solely on content production while we handle the rest. We are a lean, remote-first team of approximately 70 staff, predominantly based in the Philippines. We move fast, make data-driven decisions, and operate with full transparency. This is an adult content management business - if you are not comfortable working in the OnlyFans/creator economy space, this role is not for you.
The OpportunityCreatr UK acquires traffic from a diverse network of partners: affiliate marketers on revenue share, CPC (cost per click) and CPL (cost per lead) traffic providers, private traffic deals where we pay lump sums for agreed volumes, and platform owners who sell traffic at scale. In total, we work with 25+ active traffic partners who are critical to the business’s revenue. We also operate CreatrCash, our own affiliate programme, which currently generates approximately $90,000 USD per 30 days with a target of $300,000 per 30 days. As Relationship Manager, you are the face of Creatr UK to every traffic partner we work with. These partners send us the traffic that generates our revenue. Your job is to ensure that every single partner has an exceptional experience working with us - that they feel valued, informed, and motivated to send us more traffic. We want to be the best agency these partners work with. Period.
This role is primarily about maintaining and optimising existing partner relationships, not cold outreach or recruitment. New leads will come to you from the Lead Gen Expert, who handles prospecting. You take those warm leads through onboarding and then own the ongoing relationship from that point forward.
What You Will OwnPartner Relationship Management
• Own the day-to-day relationship with all 25+ traffic partners: CPC/CPL providers, private deal partners, and platform traffic sellers
• Be the primary point of contact for all partner communications - they should know you by name, trust you, and enjoy working with you
• Maintain a structured communication cadence with every partner: regular check-ins, performance updates, and proactive outreach
• Ensure partners feel valued and motivated - celebrate their wins, provide performance feedback, share tips on what converts best, and make them want to prioritise Creatr UK over other agencies
• Handle partner issues and complaints with professionalism and speed - payment queries, tracking discrepancies, content requests, and anything else that arises
Partner Onboarding
• Receive warm leads from the Lead Gen Expert and manage the full onboarding process: initial conversation, commercial agreement, portal setup (for affiliates), tracking link creation, and first-traffic activation
• For CPC/CPL and private deal partners: negotiate terms, set up payment schedules, and ensure tracking is properly configured before traffic starts flowing
• Ensure every new partner is set up for success from day one - they should feel confident, informed, and excited to start sending traffic
Performance Optimisation & Revenue Growth
• Work closely with the Data Expert to understand which partners are performing well and which are underperforming
• Use performance data to guide conversations with partners: share what’s working, suggest changes (e.g. which creators to promote, which traffic sources to focus on), and collaboratively improve results
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase volume from existing partners - if a partner is sending 100 clicks/day profitably, explore how to get them to 500
• Reactivate dormant partners who have stopped sending traffic - understand why they stopped and give them a reason to come back
• Negotiate better terms with existing partners where appropriate, always balancing cost efficiency with maintaining strong relationships
Cross-Team Collaboration
• With the Lead Gen Expert: Receive new partner leads and provide feedback on lead quality. Communicate what types of partners are performing best so the Lead Gen Expert can refine their prospecting.
• With the Affiliate Manager: Coordinate on CreatrCash affiliate relationships. Our Affiliate Manager manages the affiliate programme and commission structures; you handle the day-to-day relationship and communication with affiliate partners.
• With the Data Expert: Receive performance data on all CPC/CPL and private deal partners. The Data Expert will tell you which partners are profitable and which are not
- you translate that data into actionable conversations with partners.
Process & Documentation
• Build and maintain a Partner Management SOP covering the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, regular communication, performance reviews, issue escalation, and offboarding
• Maintain an up-to-date partner CRM or tracker: every partner’s status, last contact date, deal terms, traffic volume, and performance metrics at a glance
• Track partner satisfaction and engagement over time - you should be able to tell our director at any point who our happiest and least happy partners are, and why
What Success Looks Like in your first 90 Days
Days 1-14 - Immersion: You have met (or spoken with) every active traffic partner. You understand each partner’s deal structure, traffic volume, performance history, and current status. You have a complete picture of the partner landscape.
Days 15-30 - Foundation: You have built a Partner Management SOP from scratch, covering the full partner lifecycle. A structured communication cadence is in place. You have re-engaged any dormant or underperforming partners. Every partner
knows your name and how to reach you.
Days 31-60 - Impact: Partner engagement and responsiveness has measurably improved. At least 2-3 dormant partners have been reactivated and are sending traffic again. You have identified and acted on opportunities to increase volume from
top-performing partners. Partners are giving positive feedback about working with Creatr UK.
Days 61-90 - Ownership: There is a measurable revenue uplift from existing traffic partners as a direct result of your relationship management. Partners see Creatr UK as the best agency to work with. The onboarding process for new partners (from Lead Gen Expert) is smooth and repeatable. Oliver has full confidence in your ability to manage the partner portfolio independently.
Hiring Process
Application
Submit your CV and a brief cover note outlining your experience managing multiple partner or client relationships, including scale (number of relationships) and industry context.
Online Assessment
Selected candidates will complete a short online assessment (via TestGorilla). This stage ensures you can operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
First Interview (HR)
A video call with HR to assess your communication style, organisational ability, and alignment with the role. This stage focuses on how you manage multiple relationships, handle pressure, and maintain high standards of execution.
Final Interview & Practical Task (Founder)
A video call with Oliver. Prior to this interview, you will be given a short practical task (case-based scenario) related to managing and growing traffic partner relationships. During the interview, you will walk through your thinking, approach, and decisions. This stage evaluates your commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and how you would operate in the role day-to-day.
30-Day Probation
If successful, you will begin a 30-day probation period. Performance is assessed against the 90-day milestones outlined in this document, with particular focus on partner engagement, communication quality, and revenue impact.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00 GMT (8:00 PM-4:00 AM PHT). Some
partner communications may occasionally fall outside these hours depending on partner
time zones.
Communication: Telegram and Discord for internal team communication. Telegram, email,
and other channels as appropriate for partner-facing communication.
Contract: Independent contractor agreement. You are responsible for your own tax
obligations.
Growth: This role has direct access to the Co-Director and sits at the heart of our revenue
engine. As the partner network grows and CreatrCash scales toward its $300K/month target,
there is significant scope for salary growth and increased responsibility.

Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, account management, affiliate management, or business development
• Proven experience managing 15+ concurrent partner or client relationships simultaneously
• Strong understanding of performance marketing: CPC, CPL, revenue share, and traffic quality metrics
• Experience with affiliate programmes, traffic partnerships, or media buying partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal English - you will be communicating with partners across different countries and cultures
• Experience in the adult content, creator economy, or affiliate marketing industry is a strong advantage but not required
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting

• Professional and reliable: Partners trust you because you always follow through. If you say you’ll send something by Tuesday, it arrives on Monday. You never leave people hanging.
• Organised and systematic: You manage 25+ relationships without dropping balls. You have systems, reminders, and routines that ensure no partner falls through the cracks.
• Warm but not sycophantic: Partners enjoy talking to you. You build genuine rapport. But you also know when to have direct conversations about performance, terms, or issues.
• Detail-oriented: You remember that Partner X mentioned a holiday next week. You know Partner Y prefers email over Telegram. Small details build strong relationships.
• Clear communicator: You articulate things clearly, both in writing and verbally. You don’t leave room for ambiguity. When Oliver asks about a partner, you give a clear, concise answer immediately.
• Revenue-minded: You understand that every partner relationship ultimately needs to drive revenue. You are not just a “nice person” - you actively look for ways to increase volume, improve terms, and grow the business through relationships.
Tools & Platforms You Must Be Proficient In
• Google Sheets / Excel: For partner tracking, performance reporting, and commercial term management. Must be highly proficient.
• CreatrCash Affiliate Portal: Our affiliate tracking system connected to the OnlyFans API. You will use this daily to monitor partner performance and assist with partner queries.
• OnlyFans API / onlyfansapi.com: Understanding of how our tracking infrastructure works so you can speak intelligently about performance data with partners.
• Telegram & Discord: Day-to-day team and partner communication. Many of our partners communicate via Telegram.
