Job Summary

Backus Property Management is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and investment clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication
  • Provide performance updates, financial reports, and market insights to clients
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff to ensure service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client portfolios
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement retention strategies
  • Ensure all services align with company standards and contractual agreements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or property management
  • Experience in real estate or property management industry strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate practices and regulations (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15–20% of base salary
