About the Role

About the Role:

As a Host in the Accommodation and Food Services industry, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of seating in the restaurant. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about menu offerings. By effectively coordinating with the serving staff and kitchen, you will help optimize the dining experience and enhance customer satisfaction. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the establishment's reputation and success in delivering exceptional service.

  • Experience with reservation management systems.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
