What’s the Game Master & Front Desk Role?

Great question—and no, it doesn’t involve video games or wizard robes. Game Masters and Front Desk Team members are the heartbeat of our guest experience. Think of yourself as the ultimate party host, storyteller, and puzzle guide rolled into one.


As a Game Master & Front Desk Team Members this season, you would:


Set the tone for every experience:

  • Hype up players for their big escape
  • Speak confidently in front of groups (bonus points if you’ve got that theater kid energy)
  • Deliver game rules and storylines with excitement


Guide the adventure with precision and flair:

  • Monitor teams from the control room like a behind-the-scenes MVP
  • Adapt to personalities and moments to drop perfectly timed clues
  • Keep things moving with wit, warmth, and laser focus


Bring the immersion to life:

  • Learn our storyline and episodes like a pro
  • Celebrate guest wins with dance parties, cheers, and high-fives
  • Make “we almost made it!” feel like a win, too

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of computers

  • Available to work weekends and evenings on a seasonal basis
  • No knowledge/skills of "gaming" is required, but it may be a plus
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
