About the Role
  • Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
  • Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including:
    • System installation and configuration
    • Module customization
    • Data migration and third-party integrations
  • Provide functional and technical expertise across Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, and more.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical developers to design and develop custom modules and advanced feature requirements.
  • Train client users on Odoo functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
  • Document business processes, workflows, configurations, and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management frameworks and industry standards.
  • Deep knowledge of Odoo ERP (functional and technical).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Adaptability to new business environments and industries.
  • Technical understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations (preferred).
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
