About the Role

A leading company in business support services is seeking a Project Officer to join their team. The Project Officer will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budgets, while ensuring all goals are achieved. This role requires coordination among team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Officer supports the implementation programs by assisting with operational tasks, coordinating field activities, and engaging with beneficiaries. This role involves collecting data for monitoring and evaluation under guidance, providing logistical support, and ensuring that program activities are executed smoothly. The Officer works closely with the Programs Management Executive and contributes to the overall success of project objectives.

· Provide logistical and administrative support for project events and activities.

· Coordinate scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource distribution under the direction of the Executive.

· Facilitate communication between the project team and beneficiaries.

· Ensure materials and equipment are prepared and available for project activities.

· Build positive relationships with community members and participants.

· Address participant inquiries and provide information about program activities.

· Assist in maintaining relationships with local partners and organizations.

· Participate in the implementation of project activities under guidance.

· Assist in organizing workshops, training, and events.

· Gather data from field activities for M&E purposes as directed.

· Administer surveys, collect attendance, and record feedback.

· Maintain accurate records of project activities and participant information.

· Prepare activity and status reports.

· Collaborate in developing training materials, manuals, and guides under the supervision of senior staff.

· Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance program content and delivery methods

· Work with other departments to support integrated project efforts.

· Provide assistance in research and communications activities as needed.

· Share insights from the field with the project team to inform planning.

· Follow organizational policies and procedures in all activities.

· Report any issues or concerns to the Programs Mnager.

· Uphold Enroot’s standards of professionalism and ethics.

· Seek feedback and guidance to improve performance.

· Stay informed about developments in relevant sectors and communities.

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

· Experience working with community-based projects is an advantage.

· The position requires frequent travel to Upper Egypt to support field activities and coordination with local stakeholders.

· Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Basic proficiency in data collection methods.

· Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is desirable.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
