Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive travel consultation services to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Recommend tailored travel packages, accommodations, and destination options based on client preferences.
- Create personalized travel itineraries that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Efficiently handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication within the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Stay informed about current travel trends, destination updates, and industry developments to provide informed advice.
- Fluent in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of popular and emerging travel destinations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and provide timely and effective solutions for client issues.
- Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software tools.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, embracing a new lifestyle with full relocation support by the company.
