As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist Italian-speaking clients throughout the rental process, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently.
• Manage the car rental process including vehicle pick-up, returns, and addressing any customer concerns.
• Perform vehicle inspections and communicate rental terms clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to maintain optimal fleet availability and service quality.
• Stay informed about fleet updates, promotions, and company policies to assist customers accurately.

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and rental management software preferred.
