SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

1. Identify new business opportunities and propose areas for the growth of existing businesses that are aligned to Company’s strategic direction, business goals and values.
2. Research, evaluate, plan and project manage the targets:
i. Market Trends & Opportunities – Macro & Micro landscape for the project
ii. Competitive Benchmarking
iii. Feasibility Studies
iv. Valuation benchmarking & transaction analysis (CF)
v. Business analysis
vi. Support in strategy & creation of business model/strategy/positioning which is aligned to Company’s strategic direction, business goals and values.
3. Lead all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation.
4. Responsible for the evaluation of financial and investment proposal and submission of investment paper for approval.
5. Prepare, ensure completeness and compile necessary documents for submission to Ministry of Health (MOH) for hospital development approval (e.g. Zoning, Borang 1) if required (Post M&As/existing hospital expansion).
6. Identify and lead in potential partnerships and collaborations.
7. Setting goals for the team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
8. Responsible for Unit’s Management – Unit budget & monitoring, staff supervision & guide and internal company activities (ISO, Risk Compliance, Business Continuity Management, etc.).
9. Assist in any ad-hoc analysis, research and progress reports as required.
Others: project manage, coordinate, review and look into turnaround/new business plans and 10. BOD paper proposals that are related within Group Strategy & Business Development Services project/Scope of Work.
11. Maintain good rapport with all stakeholders.
