Job Description:

für 1 Vollzeit-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Brokerage, Arbeitsbereich Rating Nacht zum nächstmöglichen Termin, zunächst zur Erprobung befristet für 6 Monate.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Abfertigung von Importsendungen inklusive aller besonderen Zollverkehre
  • Hold Abfertigung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenrückantworten
  • Bearbeitung von Zurückweisungen durch den Zoll
  • Bearbeitung von Stellungnahmen zu Zollreklamationen
  • Telefonische, schriftliche und persönliche Kundenberatung bei aktuellen bzw. importspezifischen Problemstellungen
  • Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern bzgl. aktueller Importe
  • Kommunikation mit Versendern und Einführern bei aktuellen Importproblemen
  • Teilnahme an internen Schulungen
  • Vertretung innerhalb des Bereiches
     

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise zum/zur Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/frau oder Speditionskaufmann/frau von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
  • Gute Computeranwenderkenntnisse (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Internet)
  • Engagement, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Integrität
     

Arbeitszeit
39 Wochenstunden. Die Lage der regelmäßigen Arbeitszeit richtet sich nach den jeweiligen betrieblichen Erfordernissen. Der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) verpflichtet sich zur Leistung von Nachtarbeit, Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit im Rahmen der tariflichen Bestimmungen.
