The Position Specifics

Every morning we whip up delicious modern takes on classic breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes. At Over Easy Dishwasher you are the “Sparkle Master”.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and miscellaneous smallware with commercial dishwasher or three compartment sinks.
• Place clean dishes or cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work and prep areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Aid in stocking supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, refrigerators, freezers, etc. 
• Sweep and scrub floors in the kitchen and dish area.
• Clean garbage, compost, and recycling bins.
• Transfer supplies between storage and workstations by hand or by using rolling carts.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred but not required
• Must maintain a valid Food Handlers’ certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
